In the UK we are guilty of throwing away nearly half the salad we buy.

Food on the move Lunch Box

  • Taking your own food and drinks for a long car journey is a great idea and will save you pounds at the service stations.
  • Make sure you keep food in a cool bag or ice box with plenty of ice packs.
  • Store perishable foods in airtight boxes with lids or food bags. Airtight boxes allow you to transport several elements, such as dressings without the risk of spill or mess.
